Anchor verification
Reads the full CoC history for the asset and re-verifies the cryptographic chain.

Queries the licensing engine for the VC bound to this ISCC. Shows policy, royalty, and geo scope.

Purchase access
Generates a buyer identity, funds a prepaid account, sends an access request through X-Trace. Expects THROTTLE and a grant.

Deliver context
Performs the DAHP handshake with ACAG, requests a context chunk under the grant, decrypts it client-side, and verifies the watermark.

Audit trail
Reads the final chain of custody and confirms every event is anchored and linked.
